Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. One operator seat and up to 15 sites, free for as long as you want — no trial clock, no credit card. It exists so solo operators can run their whole business on Icey and upgrade only when the crew grows.
What counts as an "operator seat"?
A field user (operator or lead operator) who runs jobs in Field Mode. Admin and office users are unlimited on every plan, including Free.
Can I add seats for winter and drop them in spring?
Yes — seats are prorated monthly. Add drivers ahead of a storm and remove them when the season ends. Prefer not to think about monthly billing at all? The Season Pass is one payment in the fall that covers the year.
What is the 60-day guarantee?
If Icey is not earning its keep within 60 days of upgrading to Pro, tell us and we refund it. We would rather have the feedback than the money.
