Icey Software makes web and phone software for snow removal contractors: quotes clients sign online, storm dispatch and routes, a crew app that records GPS, time and photos at every site, site reports and invoicing.
What Icey does
Quote per-event rate cards or seasonal contracts, with salt included in the price, and your clients review and sign them online. When a storm comes, dispatch it from one board, with routes optimized for traffic and priority sites first. Crews run each visit from their phone, and invoice drafts come from the visits they logged.
Every completed visit gets a site report with the times, GPS and photos. Salt and de-icing amounts stay in your own records, ready when a commercial client or an insurer asks.
It is built for snow and ice contractors, from one operator with a truck to multi-crew commercial operations, and for landscaping companies that take on snow work in winter.
