What it does
- Clients and sites — each site’s service area drawn on satellite imagery, and a site goes active for the season when its quote is accepted.
- Quotes clients sign online — per-event rate cards, where plowing and de-icing are priced as separate visits, or a seasonal contract paid in monthly instalments, with salt included in the price. The client reviews and signs on their phone from the email.
- Storm board and routes — dispatch a storm from one board; routes are optimized for traffic with priority sites first.
- Field Mode crew app — GPS, one-tap job timers, photos at every site and material logs, and it keeps recording with no signal.
- Salt and de-icing logs — what went down at each site, how much and when, kept in your own records.
- Site reports — a report for every completed visit, with the time it was completed and the photos, kept on the job.
